Yoga Class :: Mondays on the Mat

This gentle yet rejuvenating yoga class is the ideal way to stretch past your case of the Mondaze. "Mondays on the mat" is the perfect balance between easy like Sunday morning, and going up on a Tuesday. We’ll practice postures that align, strengthen and promote flexibility. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. Class concludes restoratively to settle the body and mind as you dive into the rest of the week. When’s the last time your mind, body and breath were in the same place at the same damn time? Invite all three to the mat this Monday! All Levels.
