Jahi will be guiding everybody through a meditation focused on the breath and the body. The goal of this meditation is to create a grounded awareness that allows us to process what we are feeling both physically and mentally in these complicated times. Through focusing on the breath we will calm the mind and create a space to feel and process our emotions and sensations.
If everybody could prepare a space in which they can meditate before the call that would be super helpful! You wont necessarily need to be looking at the screen for this meditation so you can keep that in mind while setting up the space.
