Virtual Vinyasa

This class asks us to bring our attention to our breath, which helps us to still the fluctuations of the mind and be more present in the unfolding of each moment. Vinyasa yoga connects each yoga pose to the next through a series of movements coordinated with breath. The pace and intensity of the class depends on your level and goals -- ALL are welcome! Each movement is paired with an inhale or exhale to help settle the mind, and clear energy pathways in the body to alleviate various infections, toxins, several ailments and strengthen the immune system. Bolster your quarantine self-care routine, and take a moment to meet your mind on the mat.
