In this workshop participants will learn how to make sauerkraut, a popular fermentation. In this workshop we will cover : 

  • The history of sauerkraut

  • The basics of fermentation

  • Why fermentation is important

  • Brain-gut connection

This workshop aims to contextualize fermentation through a healing justice lens and help us draw further correlations between what we consume and how we feel.
