When we were children we communicated best through play, imagination, creativity, and abstract ideas. Rarely as adults do we allow ourselves to return to that free-spiritedness. Instead we’re busy hustling and showing up through our screens, hoping that technology will somehow validate our being. This class is an invitation to go back to those carefree days of playing with no judgement. Just us and the use of our imaginations. These classes consist of theater games, improvisation, scene work, and acting basics that encourage self-exploration and allowing our inner children to discover and play again.
